Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Software Products & Software Licenses

• 14-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with any digital software product, developer utility, or SaaS license within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund with no questions asked.
• Direct Product Purchases & Perpetual Licenses: Direct one-time perpetual licenses (e.g. bindassAPI Studio) include an extended 30-day technical performance warranty. If the software fails to perform according to documented specifications and our engineering support cannot resolve the issue, a 100% refund will be provided.
• SaaS Subscriptions: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your customer billing portal or by contacting support@bindasstech.com. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period.

2. Custom IT Engineering & Professional Services

• Uncommenced Milestones: Any upfront retainer or advance deposit allocated to an uncommenced project milestone is 100% refundable upon written notice.
• In-Progress Milestones: If a project milestone is terminated while in progress, invoicing is strictly prorated for verifiable hours worked or completed deliverables up to the termination date. All remaining unexpended balances will be refunded within 7 business days.
• Accepted Deliverables: Once a milestone deliverable is formally reviewed, accepted, and approved by the client during sprint sign-off, that completed milestone is considered final and non-refundable.
• 30-Day Defect Warranty: All custom software engineering engagements include a complimentary 30-day bug-fixing and stabilization warranty following production launch.

3. Refund Processing Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
