Legal Entity: bindassTech

1. Acceptance & Scope

By accessing this website, purchasing digital goods, or hiring bindassTech for design, UI/UX, development, or video editing services, you agree to these Terms. All offerings are provided strictly online and globally on an **"as-is" and "as-available"** basis.

2. Digital Products License

All digital products (code, templates, UI kits, design files, video assets) remain the intellectual property of bindassTech.

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal or single-project use only.
• Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or redistributing our raw source code, templates, or design files is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination.

3. Custom Client Services & Approvals

• Delivery & Acceptance: Deliverables are considered fully accepted and approved if no specific, actionable feedback is submitted within *5 calendar days* of delivery.
• Scope & Revisions: Work is strictly limited to the initial agreed brief. Scope creep, extra revisions, or design changes beyond the original agreement will incur additional fees.
• Client Dependencies: bindassTech is not liable for project delays caused by slow communication, delayed assets, or missing credentials from the client.

4. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights

• Final custom deliverables transfer to the client **only after 100% full and cleared payment**.
• bindassTech retains absolute ownership of all reusable frameworks, boilerplate code, tools, and background components.
• bindassTech reserves the right to display all completed work, mockups, design samples, and video cuts in its portfolio and promotional channels without restriction.

5. Strict No-Refund Policy

• Digital Products: Due to the instant, irrevocable nature of digital downloads, **all sales are final and strictly non-refundable*.
• *Services:* Advance deposits and milestone payments represent reserved production capacity and are **100% non-refundable* once work has begun. Cancelled projects will still be billed for all time and effort expended.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, bindassTech and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, app store rejections, platform policy changes, or hosting downtimes).
• bindassTech’s maximum aggregate liability for any dispute or claim is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific item or service in dispute.
